Oligochaetophagy by Anolis sagrei and nectivory by Anolis porcatus (Squamata: Dactyloidae): new observations
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
New field observations confirm that earthworms feeding by Anolis sagrei is most frequent that previously known. On the other hand, observations during the flowering season of the orchids Cattleya lueddemanniana and Guarianthe skinneri, in three consecutive winters (2019, 2020, 2021), clearly showed that nectivory by Anolis porcatus is a regular behavior.
