Abstract
In Cuba, Gambusia punctata species group is represented by two species: G. punctata Poey, 1854 endemic from Cuba and G. rhizophorae Rivas, 1969, which has been reported from the Florida Keys and northwestern Cuba. In this paper new distribution localities are reported for this species along the Cuban archipelago in both the north and south shoreline. The levels of water salinity in their habitats are reported too.
