Nuevos restos de Chelonoidis cubensis (Leidy, 1868), (Testudines: Testudinidae) en Gibara, este de Cuba

Resumen
Se registra el hallazgo de restos referibles a la tortuga extinta Chelonoidis cubensis (Leidy, 1868), procedentes de una cueva en Gibara, provincia Holguín, oriente de Cuba. Los especímenes recobrados se encuentran poco mineralizados. Este constituye el segundo reporte de la especie para la paleofauna de la región nororiental de Cuba.
